Make your purchase at mmmmHOT in confidence, knowing that we will do whatever it takes to make your shopping experience with us a fun and positive one! For your convenience, we have a number of payment and ordering options:

Payment Options

For online shopping, phone orders, or orders sent by mail or fax, you have three payment options: credit card, money order, or direct deposit. We do not accept cheques. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will refund your payment immediately.

Credit Card

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Our online payment system is completely safe and secure, as all of your credit card details are encrypted. You can also place a phone, fax or mail order with your credit card details. We accept both VISA and MasterCard for your convenience. We will only ever process your credit card once the goods are ready to be sent. The payment will show up on your credit card statement as “Greentop Holdings Pty Ltd.”

Money Orders

If you prefer, you can post us a money order. Place your order through the checkout system in the website, and nominate the money order method of payment. Please then immediately post to us the money order, with a printout of your Internet order included in the envelope. We will dispatch your order once the money order is received, so please take into consideration the time it takes for the money order to reach us in the mail. Please make your money order out to mmmmHOT.

Direct Deposit

You can also make a direct deposit into mmmmHOT’s Commonwealth bank account from your Australian bank account. Place your order through the checkout system in the website, and nominate the direct deposit method of payment. Please then immediately deposit the total amount into our account:

Please use your Internet order number as the reference in the description field, or your order may be delayed while we match payment. You can make a direct deposit using your Internet banking facility, by visiting your bank, or by visiting any Australia Post store. If you are making a direct deposit into our bank account, please allow at least 1-2 working days for us to receive it into our bank account before we process your order. Please note that orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 7 days of the order being placed, we may cancel your order.

 

Ways to Order

Online by Credit Card:

Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are a member already, use your email address as your username and the password you entered to login. If not, you should enter an easy-to-remember password of your choice so you can save time when you shop with us in the future. Fill in your personal and credit card details in the Secure Order Form (don't worry, your details are stored safely in our secure server and we won't pass them on to anyone else).

Step 3: Check over your order and once you are happy that all the details are correct, click only once on the "Place Order" button.

Over the Phone by Credit Card:

If you prefer, you may order by phone. Have the details of your order in front of you, including the product codes (you may like to go through steps 1 and 2 above and click through to the credit card details page, then simply print it off). Simply call us on (08) 9228 4100 from within Australia (or +61 8 9228 4100 outside Australia) and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed 9.00am to 5.00pm (GMT+8hrs) Monday to Friday.

By Fax with Credit Card:

Alternatively, you may fax your order to us with your credit card details. Write down the full details of your order, including product codes (you may like to go through steps 1 and 2 above and click through to the credit card details page, then simply print it off) and fax this with your credit card details to (08) 9328 4354 from within Australia (or +61 8 9328 4354 from outside Australia).

Post Order with Money Order or Credit Card details:

It is also possible to place an order by post and enclose your credit card details or a money order for payment. We do not accept cheques. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above and post it with your money order or credit card details to:
